STS Management Group Co LTD has registered under Civil and Commercial Law with an authorized
capital of Baht 5 million full amount. The head office is located on 805/1 3rd fl, Nomchit bld, Srinagarindra Rd,
Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250.

Company objectives are to provide administration service especially in property and community i.e. residential condominium, office building, service apartment, clubhouse, and housing estate.

To elevate the living quality of the residents and to added value to the owner. As well as giving advice in
real estate i.e. registration of condominium/housing estate and the appointment of condominium/housing
estate juristic person.

In addition, company is founded with determination by a group of friends who are property and community
executives. A very experienced professional and expertise in this field for more than 20 years, run the business under the policy that follow the motto of “SERVICE TO SUCCESS”
